Sir Jules Thorn Trust: Innovation and Improvement in Health & Care Fund

Grants available: £150,000 to £500,000
Deadline to apply: 15 November 2024
Who is the funding for? The Trust’s Innovation & Improvement in Health & Care Fund is open to applications from registered and exempt charities in the UK, and to NHS organisations. The fund supports the implementation and scaling up of innovative models of health and care that will improve outcomes for people living with serious long-term or life-limiting conditions.
When will you hear back? Expressions of interest will be assessed in November/December, and projects considered potentially fundable will be invited to submit a second-stage application by 28 February 2025. The full timetable for later stages of the process is available on the Trust’s website.

Corra Foundation: Henry Duncan Grants

Grants available: up to £40,000 across five years (up to £8,000 per year)
Deadline to apply: 30 October 2024
Who is the funding for? Charities and registered not-for-profits with an annual income of up to £250,000 whose work supports women and girls. Corra Foundation will also commit 50% of the fund budget to support organisations led by people of colour.
When will you hear back? End of February 2025.

Youth Music: Youth Trailblazer Fund

Grants available: £2,000 to £30,000 
Deadline to apply: 22 November 2024 
Who is the funding for? Organisations who run projects for children and young people to make, learn and earn in music. Their work must also meet one of the charity’s themes, outlined on the applications page.  
When will you hear back? 21 March 2025

Theatres’ Trust: Small Grants Programme

Grants available: up to £5,000 
Deadline to apply: 17 January 2025 
Who is the funding for?  Non-profit theatres around the UK. They must also meet a series for eligibility criteria outlined on the applications page, and ensure that the project for which they are seeking funding also falls under the eligible projects list.
When will you hear back? Within 16 weeks of the deadline.
