Catch 22 has promoted its chief operating officer Chris Wright to chief executive officer.
Wright, who will start his new role on 1 August, replaces Joyce Mosley who retired this year after a decade leading the organisation.
He has over 20 years experience within the social care and criminal justice systems as a practitioner, administrator and senior manager. In 1999, he established Nottingham’s first multi-agency Youth Offending Team.
From there he moved to the Youth Justice Board as head of performance where he led on developing and implementing a performance management framework for the Youth Justice System.
In February 2006 he took up the role of director of services at Rainer and became chief operating officer for Catch22 at the time of the merger with Crime Concern in 2008.
