The Charity Awards 2025, the longest-running awards ceremony in the charity sector, is now open for entries.
The Charity Awards is Civil Society Media’s annual awards programme which identifies, recognises and rewards organisations doing exceptional work in all areas of charitable activity.
Now in its 25th year, the Charity Awards continues to recognise innovative charitable organisations – regardless of their size, location or cause – that exemplify best practices and deliver sustainable benefits to communities and society.
“Celebrating your stories” is the theme for the 2025 Awards, which is sponsored by our overall awards partner CCLA.
Awards are given out in 10 categories, and an overall winner is chosen from the winners in each category.
Organisations that wish to enter the Charity Awards have until Wednesday 26 February 2025 to submit their entries, free of charge.
Shortlisted organisations will be invited as our guests to attend the gala presentation ceremony on 3 July in London.
Chris Parsons, project director at LandWorks, which took the Overall Award for Excellence at this year’s Charity Awards, said: “Entering the Charity Awards has been a genuinely great experience for us.
“We were impressed by how the judges took the time to really understand our charity and the work we do, and their feedback has actually made us reflect on what we do and think about it in slightly different ways.
“And winning the award(s) has been a huge boost for our staff, supporters, partners – and for our beneficiaries.
“It’s opened some new doors and it has impressed our funders! We would absolutely recommend entering. Good luck.”
