The Charity Shops Survey 2022 questionnaire is now available to complete, and we would be grateful for your participation.
This is the 31st edition of the survey, which has provided a crucial benchmarking data set for charities that operate in retail for more than three decades.
It monitors trends across the voluntary sector trading sector every year.
Quick and easy to complete
In 2020, we simplified the Charity Shops Survey by removing a number of questions in light of the increased administrative burden of the pandemic.
Since then, we have retained this reduced number of questions to make it quicker and easier to complete.
The deadline for responses is 1 July.
