Early bird tickets for this year’s Charity Finance Summit end at midnight tonight, 8 September.
The event, which is organised by Civil Society Media, is now in its sixteenth year and will be held as an in-person event on 5 October 2023.
It will bring delegates the most up-to-date developments in charity finance, notably in key topic areas including VAT, tax, investment, risk and strategy.
The opening keynote will be given by Tony Travers, director of LSE London, who will set the scene for the day and discuss the future of UK economic thinking.
This year’s closing keynote address will be delivered by Ravi Gurumurthy, chief executive of Nesta. In this session, he will consider the latest wave of developments in artificial intelligence and how this might influence and impact the future of our sector.
During the day, sessions will be divided across four streams, two on VAT and tax, one on investment and one on risk and strategy. The summit is accredited by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Standards Office and is worth five hours of CPD.
Delegates who book their places by midnight on 8 September are eligible for a £50 discount.
More details about the programme and how to book are available on the Charity Finance Summit event page.
