Mandy Johnson, chief executive, Small Charities Coalition

Mandy Johnson has left the Small Charities Coalition after just over a year as chief executive. 

In a statement released on Twitter the trustees announced that Johnson had resigned and that they would begin recruiting a new chief executive as soon as possible. 

“We are sorry to announce that Mandy Johnson has resigned from her post as CEO of the Small Charities Coalition. We thank Mandy for doing such a terrific job raising the profile of SCC over the past year and we wish herall the very best for the future,” trustees said. 

“The Small Charities Coaltion will be appointing an interim CEO as soon as possible. In the meantime, Rachel Harding, head of services and Lizzie Walmsley, head of communications and external affairs, will continue to manage the office with the support of the board.”

This was Johnson’s first chief executive post. She had previously held senior fundraising roles and appeared in the top ten of this year’s Most Influential poll by Fundraising Magazine.
