UKCF and CCLA – Care Leavers’ Programme

Grants available: Up to £50,000. 
Deadline to apply: Unspecified. 
Who is the funding for? Community foundations are being invited to apply for a pot of £3m to empower 18 to 25-year-olds leaving care. 
Organisations are being encouraged to bid for up to £50,000 each per year. Successful community foundations will then match the amount in a £1 for £1 proportion. The programme is being led by UK Community Foundations (UKCF) and funded by CCLA.
Funding should be spent on educational and training bursaries and financial education support. To find out more about the programme, email [email protected]

NHS England and more – Volunteering for Health Fund

Grants available: Up to £550,000 over three years.
Deadline to apply: 23 February. 
Who is the funding for?
The fund will award around 15 grants to partnerships of organisations working together to build volunteering capacity and capability. 
The programme aims to speed up change by helping break down barriers to volunteering, testing new volunteering infrastructure models and increase the understanding of the impact of volunteers and volunteering across the NHS. 
Applicants will be asked whether they have objectives focused on health and social care, based in England and have a UK bank account.

Deptford Challenge Trust – Open Programme

Grants available: £1,000 - £30,000. 
Deadline to apply: 22 January. 
Who is the funding for? Organisations based in Lewisham, Deptford and parts of New Cross are invited to apply for funding for projects that work with residents under DCT's chosen themes. 
These include crisis support, education and skills, and health and wellbeing. The funding can be used on core, capital and project costs.
