Energy Saving Trust – Energy Redress Scheme

The Ofgem Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme is open for its fourth round of funding. A total of £5m of grants are available to charities and community groups that support households most at risk from cold homes and high energy bills across England, Scotland and Wales.
There are 1,239 organisations registered with the Energy Redress Scheme that can apply to the open rounds. Organisations that are not registered with the scheme must do so 10 working days before the relevant deadline ends.
Four funds are available offering between £20,000 to £200,000 to organisations that support energy consumers in vulnerable situations.

The Leathersellers’ Company – Main charity grants programme
Grants available: up to £25,000

Who is the funding for:
Unrestricted grants of £20,000 to £25,000 for up to four years are available to charitable organisations that support children that have had adverse childhood experiences. This includes abuse, neglect, domestic abuse, parental or caregiver separation and more.
Eligible applicants must be registered charities or charitable incorporated organisations that have an income under £2m but above £200,000. The deadline to register expressions of interest in the fund is 19 May. Selected charities will then be invited to apply on 5 June.

Culture & Business Fund Scotland
Grants available: £12,000

Who is the funding for: Unspecified
The fund reopens for applications on 17 May. It is funded by the Scottish Government and managed by Culture & Business Scotland.
It is offering £12,000 each to creative organisations. It also offers match funding on some occasions.

Clarion Housing – Community Youth Grants
Grants available: up to £5,000

Who is the funding for:
Clarion Housing is offering grants of up to £5,000 for a organisations working in Clarion Communities to support young people aged 25 and under with activities that empower young people, support carers and more.
Only not-for-profit organisations can apply and annual income must be below £500,000. Organisations should also have a safeguarding policy for working with people under 18 or vulnerable adults.
