Dominique said: “ACLT is my brother Daniel’s legacy, so I’ve always been passionate about supporting the charity, however this support has always been from afar, as many will know, the loss of a sibling, one in which you were very close to can be and will always be devastating.

“I was just 18 years old when Daniel left us, however now I feel ready and I am committed to use my pain of grief, to support the ACLT team alongside my parents, in its mission to ensure no patient dies from a match (across stem cell, blood and organ donation) not being readily available to them at their time of need.”
