Anne-Marie has over 25 years’ experience in tax investigation work, including PAYE audits of charities and not-for-profit bodies, large businesses and government departments. She can assist with problems (or opportunities) such as benefits in kind or staff incentive schemes, employment status issues and termination payments.
She has been involved in the negotiation of settlements with HMRC and is well versed on HMRC’s risk-based approach. Anne-Marie regularly presents internally and externally on employment related matters and responds to queries in a taxation magazine under the pseudonym of an ‘ex-inspector’.
