Ruth Murphy
Ruth Murphy was promoted to head of charities at Brewin Dolphin in June 2013. She joined the company in 2011 as head of charity business development.
Prior to joining she spent 12 years at Newton Investment Management as director of charities business development. She has also been a development manager for disability charity Scope and director of charity services at the Charities Aid Foundation.
She holds a BA and various postgraduate qualifications. Non-executive roles include being a committee member of the Charity Investors’ Group, a trustee of a grant making charitable trust, and a member of a Parochial Church Council and finance committee.
