Having worked for a major UK landlord Yonni has become a skilled negotiator of leases gaining an expert understanding of the rental process and requirements of both tenant and landlord.

During his tenure in the industry he has worked on over 4 million sq ft of retail development with a rent roll upwards of £80 million. He has worked and continues to support several charities which give him an intimate understanding of the sector and the commercial aspects of charities.
