To mark the International Day Against the Use of Child Soldiers, this week, Christian Aid has produced the film In Kony’s Shadow to highlight the lasting impact of the Joseph Kony’s Lord’s Resistance Army in northern Uganda.

The moving film tells the story of a former child soldier, Norman Okello, from his abduction at the age of 12, through his years as a solider, to his reintegration back to civilian life.

It's part of a multimedia exhibition, telling the stories of individuals caught up in the Ugandan war that will also feature work by the photographer Will Storr and filmmaker Tom Pietrasik. It can be viewed online now or at the Oxo Tower between 5 and 16 March.
